Machine rounded poles are widely used in fence and playground construction, in construction of pavilions, sand-boxes, wells and other garden products.

Manufacture of products, top treatment and holes drilling are made according to the customer’s request. For prodution we use fresh material of pine wood.

Fresh timber is  dipped with antiseptic Antiblu Select to prevent bluing and molding of wood during warm weather, when wood is mostly attackable by insects.

Deep impregnation of wood is done in autoclave using method “vacuum-pressure-vacuum” with an ecologically safe, chrome-free solution of Tanalith E. After this kind of timber impregnation products have nice-looking green color and excellent tolerance to weather conditions, that allows to prolong the term of products up to 10-15 years.

Drying of wood is done in dedicated drying machine.
